FOFO is a non-profit organization to promote and develop football officials on all levels in the state of Oregon and developing the qualities of leadership, respect, resiliency, and Integrity.

VISION

Our vision is to first provide scholarships for youth officials who have officiated a minimum of three years and showed excellence both on the field and academically.
